8 through 10 should happen quickly. The US is quickly losing its superiority on water to China. If they do nothing, in ~10-20 years China will be able to walk over them. US needs vastly more war funding, and wont get that(citizen support) without an emergency need.
I sincerely doubt on 10. I think nobody is quite as on the edge of death as Poot and therefore won’t have quite the same nerve.
