at 9min, he mentions the Solarwinds hack. That is the company I previously worked for. not on the hack product. On Nov 18th and 19th the CEO unloaded $15mil USD in stock. The major investor Thoma Bravo also unloaded a lot of stock(wife says $150mil USD worth) at the same time.
Also heard the texas HQ of solarwinds was raided by the FBI, possibly due to insider trading.
