UK data review

So I like to look at stats of COVID and the UK has lots of available data. I have a question.

Page 43:

If I’m reading this right, 89.97% of deaths are people with 1+ doses and 68.33% are boosted?

Even considering that ~90% are vaccinated, shouldn’t the number of deaths be proportionally lower for vaccinated? I mean, that’s the whole point of the vaccine, right?
