I was going to say she’s actually kinda close to getting it if she just knew what gold/silver standard or greenbacks are. Or the necessity of devaluation in a fiat system based on GDP as a monetary measure of market value.
But never mind. She’s wilfully ignorant of reality and wants to stay in her hugbox.

The problem is if parents and schools never inform kids how the world actually is they grow up believing this. Kid’s need to be taught how it is, before they decide they want to change it.
