First bullet slowed it down to 120 feet / second (36 m/s or 80mph), while you need it to be going at least 200 ft/s (60 m/s or 134 mph), so that skull would probably survive the first round with a bit of nasty bruising.

I think the glass doesn’t help the experiment, and maybe it should be tested diagonally and vertically instead. Don’t know if it’s physically possible but maybe something cylindrical would do better?
