We currently have a garden going. We have tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers… we have not been succesful yet. A few years back we had the best jalapeños and thai chilis, but our toms and cukes did not make it.
I have high hopes this year!
Yeah we have the Grandson round quite a bit lately, I have resigned myself to the fact that 90% of anything growing in the garden or surrounding area is going to end up in a cup in the kitchen window as a gift for Grandma.

He’s struggling with the whole concept of ‘no’, mind you he is only two. I can see the great struggle inside his head when he’s trying to accept he can’t do something that’s so much fun. He kind of stares blankly for a second then he’s like, neh sod it.
Oh, he is two? Nevermind, picking flowers it is. Mine is 7.

I’ve been to A&E twice for extraction of peas from the ear canal, and once for extraction of Lego from the nasal cavity.
