Basically, no, but it makes you fat. Hold people accountable, not purchases. I want to cut off Jamie Oliver’s tongue and eyes for doing this and ruining the one pleasure I had left

Sugar is addictive, so that’s accountability. Keep putting the facts out there instead, IMO.

Basically, no, all sugars are not equal, also what is eaten that contains sugar is the part that gets you fat.

We have a local farm shop and three private veggie/salad sellers who sell straight out of their back garden on our road, if no one’s in we get to nip round the back, pick what we need and post some money through the front door 
Yeah i’m kinda screwed without fruit and veg, leaves me with nuts, fucking chick peas and chicken
