It is reminiscent of my uncle who accidentally got someone pregnant on a one night stand in the middle of a long term relationship break up. He had a child with this woman who went on a rampage about it, shouting in the pub she was working in that “i’m going to take him for all he’s got”.
It is all borne from self-esteem issues, I’m sure.

This case exposes the fact that guys can get strung up pretty easily. Women also, of course! But it’s definitely not considered as not everyone sees it.
I think it’s all part of the awareness that comes from gossip and spread of the internet, but it’s all done quite painfully through special cases like these.
