I think opportunism is a big part of it and might have been preempted but I doubt it was organised as part of a total orchestration. I feel it’s rather more of a “happy coincidence” as I don’t think there are people who are that smart in charge of it all.

You dont give them credit. the puppet masters are quite good at this. look at 1970s oil crisis. all to pump the price of oil.
