The only thing I can say that is probably not tracked or thought too much about is that businesses have been pretty fucked since Covid anyway. That’s not to say this isn’t massively detrimental to business though (it is).
AFAIK you get 100 journeys to another area if you live in a particular zone and want to travel out, then you have to cough up. But that’s not 100 journeys really, unless you plan on staying there and not moving, and then walking home, buying another car, and going back again. It’s 50 journeys, because you have to come back somehow!
